Delaware Citizens Opposed to the Death Penalty is a coalition of individuals and groups formed with the purpose of ending capital punishment in Delaware, and once ended, keeping Delaware free of the death penalty. To this end, DCODP shall, in coalition with other organizations, engage in the following activities:  education, community outreach, public awareness, legislative action, and litigation.
