On 8/2/16, the Delaware Supreme Court ruled that Delaware’s death penalty statute was unconstitutional. Shortly afterward 15 legislators promised to introduce legislation to bring back the death penalty. Join us for a Strategy Meeting to keep Delaware free of the death penalty.
