Delaware Citizens Opposed to the Death Penalty 
New (?) approach to eliminating death penalty: using the right-to-life argument (Federal government not allowed to pay for abortions since some Americans oppose abortion FOR RELIGIOUS REASONS and hence their $ should be used to pay for abortions.). Certainly many Americans oppose the death penalty for religious reasons so none of their tax $ should be allowed to pay for federal executions…or maybe include state executions?
